My primary focus

Children and young people aged 9–18

I understand that childhood and adolescence can bring unique challenges. Young people may be navigating school pressures, friendship difficulties, family changes, anxiety, low mood, or the general ups and downs of growing up. My work is designed to support them through these experiences in a way that feels safe, age-appropriate, and confidential.

Age groups

Children (9–12)

I specialise in working with children in this age group. Sessions are adapted to be developmentally appropriate, using methods that suit the child, including talking, play, games, and creative activities.

Teenagers (13–18)

I specialise in supporting teenagers, offering a confidential space to explore feelings, build coping strategies, and develop resilience during adolescence.

Adults

I also work with adults who are seeking support for a range of emotional and mental health difficulties.

Session type

I offer individual counselling. This means one-to-one sessions tailored to the unique needs of each person. Individual work allows for a confidential, focused space where feelings can be explored safely.
