Navigating Academic Stress in Barnet Schools
Barnet is home to some of London's most competitive schools, and with that comes unique pressures. I understand the demands faced by children preparing for entrance exams, managing the expectations of selective education, and coping with the fear of not being "good enough".
- Entrance exam preparation (11+, 13+)
- Perfectionism and fear of failure
- Pressure to maintain high grades
- Comparison with peers
- Balancing achievement with emotional wellbeing
